*DDDD-Daddy Daughter Dinner Dance
This year, Ryan was lucky enough to have 3 of his beautiful daughters accompany him to the annual school Dance. For Alissa, it was her first time. For Madison, her last. The girls anticipate this day all year long, and it never disappoints. This is the one fundraising event we actually feel good about! Here they are on their big night. All smiles!

For some reason, Ryan always insists on this pose. I think he is trying to look surprised or embarrassed that the girls are kissing him, but to me he just looks terrified! I think his plans are to re-create it when they get married, and then maybe it really will be a look of fear.

Alissa's first pose as Daddy's date.

Madison, getting too big to sit on Daddy's knee.

Katelin is always our little poser. She tilts her head to the side while raising her shoulders and holding her hands together in almost every pose we take of her. She loves being dressed up and looking beautiful!

There they go...off with my Man! Hands off girls-he's still mine at the end of the night!

When they came home, they came bearing ice-cream sundaes. They even brought one for me so I wouldnt feel so left out. Then I came to find that that was actually their third sundae of the night. "But the other two were really small Mom!" Uh Huh. Someone likes to spoil his girls...at least on one special night of the year. As always, Im sure it will be a night to remember!

How fun. I hope Abi's school does that.
The girls look so beautiful. I love their dresses.
Cheryl-Nash is the only one Ive heard of that does it. You should send her there...I think they are a better school all around anyway. Just my opinion as a mom of three Nash kids, and what Ive heard from Moms who's kids go to other schools.
I didn't think I could send her to nash. We live in Pleasant Prairies boundaries.
Our school did one this year for Valentines, only it was Daddy/Daughter or Mother/Son. It was free even, although I think you could buy pizza for $1 while you were there. I was too lazy to find someone to watch Chloe so we didn't even go. I felt bad about it when I realized Alex and Alyssa had really wanted to go. Alright, and not to sound all easily offended or anything but PP is a good school too. Maybe I am just sensitive because I get teased for living on the wrong side of town all the time, but I actually like Southport, where my kids go. I do not, however, have any intentions of sending Alyssa to Lincoln for Middle School. You've been to Lincoln Park so you know what I mean. We will either move or I will send her somewhere else. I would love for her to go to school with Katelin.
Cheryl, Kenosha Unified has an open enrollment policy so you can send your kids anywhere you want. I will for sure be taking advantage of that in a few years.
And now that I have gone on and on, I do love that your school does this every year. I think it is so cute and that the girls look so happy to be on their daddy's arm for the night. My only question is....where are the hula hooping pictures this year? Ha,Ha!
Julie-I wasnt saying anything negative about your school. I have no idea what its like. Im just saying from my experience, and from hearing what other people have said, I would choose Nash. They have a variety of incomes and different people there as well, so its nothing about the type of kids, although I do like the location. I think the teachers are all great, for the most part.
I know you weren't directing your comments at me. Maybe I just feel left out of the Ward club sometimes since I live way over here. I think there are quite a few good Elementary schools in the district and Nash is definitely one I have heard good things about, so I totally get why you would promote it to other moms. Sorry if I sounded snappy, didn't mean to. I don't want to burn any bridges in case I have to use your address to get out of our scummy Middle School. Ha,Ha!
