The girls' school puts on a Daddy Daughter Dance every year around Valentines Day. They get so excited to dress up and go out on a Date with their Dad. They got to eat dinner, and have a hoola-hoop and a dance contest. They didnt win this year, but theres always the next one! They also came home with pretty bracelets and balloons. Alissa was so upset that she didnt get to go, so we took her picture too. She cant wait until she's big enough! This time she got to go with Mommy to get a kids meal and ice-cream and watch a movie at home with popcorn! She was okay with that.

How cute. I was wondering why a bunch of the little girls were wearing corsages to church today. It's too bad the whole district doesn't do a daddy daughter dance. Maybe I should suggest it.

That is such a fun idea. A bunch of our friends in Utah have those daddy daughter dances for Vday in their ward. I would have loved that when I was a kid.
They looked beautiful. I'm sure it made them feel so special.

Wow! What a great memory for the girls. They will always look back on those dates with their dad and remember how much he loves being with them. I think it so cute that Alissa can't wait to go on a date with her dad. How cute is that.
