Hairy contest

Ryan had a contest with his friends at work, to see who could grow the most facial hair in a week. By the weeks end, it started getting itchy and driving them nuts. On the last day, they all went to work wearing just their mustaches. Has anyone ever seen Ryan this hairy? Crazy men! I will try to get a picture of his mustache posted later, if its not too late! (Cheryl, I hope to see one of Doug too!) Personally, I kinda like the unshaven look, before it gets too long! What do you think?

Cheryl said...: Oh! I don't know why I didn't take a picture of this. Doug won too. This morning he didn't shave all of it. He shaved it so that he had the mustache and then the beard going down the sides so he kind of looked like Wolverine from X-Men.
I know he shaved it off already at work too. Man, we've got to make them do it again so I can get a picture next time. I kind of liked it too.; 11/7/08, 1:51 PM

Willie and Tina said...: Willie grew a mustache for Halloween and I hated it. I couldn't wait for him to shave it off. I kept telling him that if he would just shave it off I would give him more kissed. Didn't work. Sacrifices must be made for a good costume, I guess.; 11/13/08, 5:24 PM

About Us

We created this blog for all of our family and friends near and far, because we arent the best at keeping in touch with all the important people in our lives. We hope that this makes it easier for all those who want to, to keep up to date with all the happenings in our family. Ryan and I have been married for 17 years, and in that time we have produced four wonderful, beautiful girls (ages 16,13,10 and 6); and one curious and active 8 year old boy. Ryan has been a great provider for us, and his job presented us the opportunity to move to the mid-west about 8 years ago; where we have been ever since. We definitely miss the mountains of the west, and being close to family, but have had many great new experiences here and met many amazing people who are almost as close as family to us. Since we moved here, we have also endured the biggest snow storm, the coldest temps in the state's history, and a tornado in January. We didnt do it...I swear! Anyway again, we hope to keep this site updated regularly with pictures and fun news about us, so feel free to stop by anytime to see what weve been up to!
